Festival in Summer – The Witches in Weißenkirchen: a special comedy written for the Wachau

Supervisor and director Markus Strahl has once again planned the premiere of this year's Wachau Festival.

The author has already worked at the festival

Susanne Felicitas Wolf (born in Mainz, lives and works as an author in Vienna, writing plays, librettos and librettos) was already responsible for the play “Keine Rest fürs Donauweibchen” in 2019, and this year's comedy with music “Hexenzeit in der” Wachau “It is also from her pen.

The Wachau Festival begins on July 16, and the cast on stage at the Teisenhoferhof includes well-known actors and singers such as Claudia Rohnfeld, Lila Strahl, Andreas Sauerzapf – and again Barbara Kudelka.

The actress with Weißenkirchner roots has appeared on the Wachau Festival stage as a partner in the “Wachauer Jedermann”, among other things, and also works as a recording studio and voice actress or columnist.
