The band’s most ambitious and creative work to date, “This Shame Shouldn’t Be Me”, is designed in the silence of the pandemic shutdown of 2020, partly as an opportunity for GGGGOLDDD lead singer Milena Eva to deal with bits of her past, and partly in response to Rodburn Festival’s call for costly work proposal for the copy. electronics in 2021.
While the album tells the story of my personal experience with sexual assault, “Notes On How To Trust” is about learning how to trust again after such trauma. When all boundaries are blurry and everyone you meet presents a potential danger, it’s hard to stay sane. -Milina Eva-
