In the end, nine artists qualified for the final concert with the Jurmala Festival Orchestra conducted by Martis Ozulich, conductor of the Riga National Opera.

The Hans Gabor Belvedere International Tournament is organized by the former director of the Carinthian Summer, Holger Bleck, and the widow of the founder, Isabella Gabor. The first Belvedere competition was held in Vienna in 1982, where it remained for a long time. However, after disagreements over financing, the company went global a few years ago. The competition tents will be erected in Bern, Switzerland, in 2025.
