In the heart of Vienna, a rooftop pub and bar is being built between the roofs, which lives up to its name and brings a breath of fresh air to the city.
The new restaurant on the sixth and seventh floors of Tuchlauben 4 combines “seasonal, regional, high-quality brasserie cuisine and excellent bar culture,” as they say. The first photos testify to the delicious and uncomfortable taste of the facility.
The look invites you to stay: stone, wood, leather, copper, and an earthy world of color frame the light-flooded attic.
The only way is up
The Kitchen Showcase is intended to be a meeting place, where chefs and pastry chefs can chat with guests in a casual atmosphere before going into the adjoining dining room.
One floor upstairs is the Neue Hoheit bar, which guarantees a stunning view of the city. Classic cocktails with an innovative touch and excellent craftsmanship are the measure of all things here. With brandy from traditional distilleries in all federal states, Neue Hoheit mixers create nine distinct cocktails deeply rooted in the local culture.
