Nikita Thompson is the guest star in Episode 9

GNTM 2022 Today: Fantasy Edition with Special Challenges

In the ninth week it will be fun and elegant at the same time, because the fantasy version is coming. During the action-packed shoot, the models present colorfully decorated velor costumes at dizzying heights.

The next decision-making run is also unusual, as the models step out of an oversized mouth on the catwalk in long, elegant gowns. This week, head model Heidi Klum receives support from German-British choreographer and stage coach Nikita Thompson to check out the models’ poses and movements, no matter how small.

In the clip: This happens in episode 9 of “The Next German Supermodel”.

Nikita Thompson supports Heidi Klum

Nikita Thompson has been a part of the GNTM family for a long time and has been supporting Heidi as a podium coach and advisor for many years. This 41-year-old is exactly the right person to stand up to the pose, sequence of steps and choreography, because she has been collecting experiences in this field for half her life.

A collaboration from Lena Meyer-Landrut to Tom Hanks

Nikita Thompson was born in Birmingham in 1980 and has Jamaican roots. At the age of six she came to Germany. After initially striving to work as an athlete, she discovered a new passion at the age of 19: dancing. As a choreographer, she works with music greats such as Jean Delay and Lena.
