50th Anniversary of Arnold Schoenberg’s Choir! Along with Erwin and Annemarie Ortner, Ulla Pilz celebrates the Arnold Schoenberg Choir in the Great Broadcasting Hall.

In 1972, she gave birth to a youth singing group from the parish of St. Otmar in the third district of Vienna Arnold Schoenberg Choir It soon developed into one of Austria’s most important and diverse concert choirs with countless (also international) performances. Nicholas Harnoncourt, with whom he worked continuously for nearly four decades, had a central influence on the choir. The Arnold Schoenberg choir has also been the home choir of the Theater an der Vienna since 2006.
