Graz (27 July 2022). – On the occasion of the upcoming 75th birthday Arnold Schwarzenegger The State of Styria at the initiative of the Governor Christopher Drexler and Deputy Governor Anton Lang A stery oak tree planted in Burggarten in Graz. In this way, the state leadership wants to congratulate Arnold Schwarzenegger on his seventy-fifth birthday.
County Governor Christopher Drexler: “This Styrian oak is dedicated to the ‘Styria Oak’. Because Arnold Schwarzenegger is not only one of the most famous Styrians in the world. Deputy Provincial Governor Anton Lang: “The planting of the Styrian oak is intended on the one hand to honor the outstanding achievements of Arnold Schwarzenegger in Styria and on the other hand is also an expression of his efforts in the field of climate and environmental protection. Styria Oak for “Styria Oak”

- Weight: about 20 kg including roots.
- Age: about 4 years (becomes from 500 to 1000 years old)
- Origin: Oak comes from the Styrian state forest gardens and originated in the Hartburg region.
It now grows in Burggarten in Graz – in the immediate vicinity of the official residence of the provincial governors of Styria.
