Thorsten Einarsson is back with his new single “Shackles” and is going on a massive tour in Austria in 2022.
He hadn’t heard of Thorsten Einarsson for a long time. Now the Icelandic/Austrian singer is back from a forced hiatus. “Shackles” is the name of his most recent work and it is “(…) an incredibly powerful and engaging pop-rock track that can get stuck in your head immediately upon the first listener.”
Particular attention should also be paid to the guitar: Thorsteinn’s first demo recording on an old guitar with his smartphone was used here. The rough and original sound of this living room recording was so good that other recordings of Crane in the studio were ignored.

Thorsten arrived – singing in “Shackles” – freeing himself from his personal and artistic chains. But the journey still continues, because over the past year he has been working hard on new music and a new album. So it will be interesting to see how the new songs and his new sound come alive when Thorsten Einarsson goes on an extensive tour through Austria in 2022.
