Gil Ofarim has not yet commented on the charges
His lawyer was to receive the indictment on April 11, said Hans Jagnlaff, president of the Leipzig District Court, in an interview with “pictureexplained. But the competent chamber has not yet been able to make a decision on the opening of the main actions.
“Mr. Ofrim has until Monday to comment on the allegations,” Jagnlaff said.
According to Ofrim’s lawyer, Markus Hennig, the singer wanted to stick to his words.
